  • Does PSINet provide support for my hardware and/or software?

    We do not provide specific support for any hardware or software that we did not supply. Some of our analogue and ISDN services include the provision of a router, which will be supplied fully configured, and we will provide the necessary support to make changes to that configuration if needed.

    While we are able to offer general advice on configuring some of the more popular software packages used on the Internet, there are so many available that it would be impossible for us to keep up to date with all of them. More complex packages, such as mail gateways and web administration software, will have support available from the vendor, and we recommend that you contact them for any specific help.

  • Do you have a policy on Net Abuse?

    Yes, we do. See our Net Abuse pages for more information.

  • Do you provide additional consultancy services (e.g, HTML authoring)?

    No, but we can recommend some of our business partners who do. Please call or email us for more information.
